Terms & Conditions

Program & Sessions:

Each session of the Music FunTime Toddler and/or Preschool Program is eight (8) consecutive weeks for 30 minutes each week. A parent or caregiver is required to participate in class. Children are taught music theory through a fun and innovated program with the use of instruments, crafts and singing. Students are given homework.
At the end of each 8 week session, parents and/or caregivers are offered to continue into the next session which will be a more advanced level. When student is ready for private music lessons, Music FunTime teacher will advise parents/caregiver by suggesting a half hour private music lesson in piano lessons.

Fees:

Program is a flat $150.00 tuition for 18 months/3 year old class and $165.00 tuition for 3-5 year old class for 8 week session. This tuition includes all materials required for each session including instruments, books, crafts, homework study sheets, etc.

Missed Lessons:

Each session consists of 8 classes. If you will miss a class at any given time during your session, you are welcome to come into another class to make-up your missed class.
No credits will be given for missed classes during any 8 week session.

Withdrawal and Refunds:

Program is a flat $150.00 tuition for 18 months/3 year old class and $165.00 tuition for 3-5 year old class for 8 week session… whether you attend classes or not. We will not refund any portion of tuition if lesson classes are terminated during the session.

Substitutions:

The program reserves the right to provide a substitute teacher if the regularly scheduled teachers is unable to teach any class. If a teacher is unavailable and we cannot provide a Substitute teacher, the program of 8 week session, will be extended an additional week at the end of the 8 week session.

Care of Students:

The program is not responsible for providing before or after class care for any students. Students are not to be left unattended at anytime on any premises of the Music FunTime program. Students are expected to follow a code of behavior at all times while on such premises. Damage to any property of such premises or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and student will be subject to dismissal from program without refund.

Injuries:

Parents, legal guardians or caregivers of minor children waive the right to any legal action for any injury sustained on any Music FunTime program premises where program is taught, resulting from normal lesson class activity or any other activity conducted by the students before, during or after class times.

Photo Release:

By signing this agreement: Music Funtime is hereby granted permission to take photographs or videos of the students for use in advertising the program such as brochures, websites, posters, and other promotional materials the program creates to promote its music lesson program. Permission is also granted for Music FunTime to copyright such photographs or videos of any class or public performance.
